This refund policy is in compliance with Razorpay's Terms and Conditions for payment processing. All refunds are processed through Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

Refund Eligibility

At GellerWash, we want you to be completely satisfied with our car wash management software. If you're not happy with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Account must not have been used extensively (defined as processing more than 50 job cards)
  • No violation of our Terms of Service
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team

Refund Processing Time

Processing Timeline

6-8 business days: As per Razorpay's Terms and Conditions, all approved refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 business days from the date of approval.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for months already used (partial month refunds may apply)
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Data export or migration services
  • Training sessions that have already been conducted
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Approval Notification: You'll receive an email confirming the refund approval or denial
  5. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused portion of annual subscriptions
  • Refunds minus any setup or onboarding costs already incurred
  • Refunds for service downtime exceeding our SLA commitments

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, please follow the process outlined above.

Payment Gateway Compliance

All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregator. Our refund policy complies with:

  • Razorpay's Terms and Conditions
